Standalone version for Windows.

Hello!

I decided to publish standalone version of Masters of Stars for Windows.

If you having trouble playing the Web version please try to download attached archive (MOS_Standalone_1_0.zip) and play locally.

To start the game launch MastersOfStars.exe
